Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Architect with a strong background in React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering React.js-based projects. As a Tech Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the overall success of our React.js projects.

Responsibilities :

- Architectural Design : Design scalable and maintainable React.js applications, considering both functional and non-functional requirements.

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles are followed.

- Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and mentor team members.

- Hands-on Development: Actively participate in the development process, contributing high-quality code and solving complex technical challenges.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in React.js applications, ensuring optimal responsiveness and efficiency.

- Technology Evaluation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and evaluate their relevance to our projects.

- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and coding standards.

- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to React.js applications, providing timely and effective Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on React.js.

- Technical Skills:

- Expertise in React.js and its core principles.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6/ES7, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with state management using tools like Redux or Context API.

- Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

- Familiarity with server-side rendering and optimizing front-end performance.

Leadership Skills :

- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to make informed technical decisions and guide the team towards successful project delivery.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
