Personalization Services / SDK / Data Layer / Helix Components

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End SDK & Personalization Engineer to design and maintain shared JavaScript SDKs that power data capture, experimentation, and real-time personalization. This role will work closely with Enterprise Decision Engine (EDE) teams and front-end developers to deliver seamless, context-aware user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • SDK Development & Maintenance
  • Build and maintain reusable JavaScript SDKs for data capture, personalization triggers, and experimentation logic.
  • Ensure SDKs are performant, secure, and compatible across platforms and browsers.
  • Data Layer Integration
  • Define and govern schema standards for data layer integration across digital properties.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies.
  • Decisioning Integration
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Decision Engine (EDE) teams to expose and consume decisioning surfaces.
  • Enable real-time decisioning through well-structured APIs and event-driven architecture.
  • Component Development
  • Create React-based Helix components that dynamically respond to real-time context and user profile states.
  • Ensure components are modular, testable, and optimized for performance.

Qualifications

  • 3 – 7+ years' Experience with real-time personalization, experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing), and analytics tagging.
  • 3 – 7+ years Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React, with experience building SDKs or libraries.
  • Deep understanding of data layer architecture, schema design, and integration best practices.
  • Familiarity with enterprise decisioning systems and event-driven architectures.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
