About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Operations Executive to support end-to-end product development and operational processes. You’ll coordinate between sourcing, R&D, packaging, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely product launches. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with R&D, sourcing, and design teams for new product development (NPD). Track project timelines, approvals, and material readiness. Liaise with vendors and third-party manufacturers for production execution. Maintain product data sheets, BOMs, SKUs, and cost sheets. Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory documentation (PIFs, COAs, MSDS). Support product launch readiness with cross-functional alignment. Optimize processes for faster turnaround and reduced delays. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Cosmetic Science, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in product operations or NPD within personal care / cosmetics / FMCG . Strong coordination and communication skills. Working knowledge of raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing processes . Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / ERP systems .
