Job Summary :

Biorev is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing effective solutions to drive organizational growth and efficiency.


With your extensive experience and analytical expertise, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, including end-users, subject matter experts, and management.

- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify areas for optimization and automation.

- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories to guide the development of software solutions.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.

- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to ensure the delivered solutions meet business requirements.

- Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, data models, and user manuals.

- Provide training and support to end-users on implemented solutions.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as use cases, user stories, process modeling, and data modeling.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
