Must Have Experience in Solar Ground Mount Project Sales & Business Development Have thorough knowledge of all Business models of Solar Open Access Have good network and contact for captive/group captive client base for GM Projects Have very good co-ordination and negotiation skill Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and government agencies. Thorough knowledge of statewise Solar GM related policies, compliances with local regulations, permits, and safety standards. Should be adept at pricing, costing, budgeting and control aspects of all types of solar GM projects. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and O&M teams. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues. Track progress against project timelines and budgets. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports for management. Implement risk management and quality control measures. Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment at the project site. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices. Oversee all phases of ground-mounted solar projects from design to commissioning. Supervise civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical activities on-site. Ensure correct installation of solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, and cabling. Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution. Sound overall project management and administration skillls Qualifications Any Technical Engineering degree with relevant experience 7 - 8 years' prior industry related business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented Self-motivated and result driven
