The position requires a thorough understanding andfamiliarity of both credit income assets and closing documents tocomplete the applicable review questions in the questionnaire andprovide results toClient.Experience :2 years &above: Recent experience of min 2 two years in PPR isMust.EducationQualification: Degree OrEquivalent.Preference:US Mortgage Process (Only NightShifts).Work FromHome/Remote.KeyRequiredSkills :Abilityto read various documents involved in Closing Funding andUnderwriting.Expertisein Origination Due Diligence PrePurchase Review or Underwritingprocess.AnalysingCredit andIncome.Knowledge onDocuments Loan OriginationCycle.Excellentknowledge on ATR/QM RESPA TRID and mortgage complianceregulations.Shouldaware of Fannie Mae Freddie Mac FHA and VAguidelines.Ability tomake decision based on situation with Customer ServiceSkillsJobRoles andResponsibilities: Reviewand analyse the mortgage loan application to ensure eligibilityaccuracy completeness and compliance with internal and regulatoryguidelines to minimize riskfactors.Knowledge ofLoan Origination Cycle Loan Application Origination Due DiligencePrePurchase Review or Underwritingprocess.Knowledge ofdifferent types of mortgages and its functioning and ability toread various documents involved in Closing Funding andUnderwriting.Review theloan documents using the PrePurchase Review checklist forcompleteness andaccuracy.Strongknowledge of ATR/QM (Abilitytorepay/Qualified Mortgage) RESPA (RealEstate Settlement Procedures Act) TRID (TILARESPA IntegratedDisclosures) and mortgage complianceregulations.Review allloan types including Conventional FHA (Federal HousingAdministration) VA (Veterans Affairs) & USDA (U.S.Department ofAgriculture).Generalknowledge of Fannie Mae Freddie Mac FHA and VA guidelines aplus.Add suspenseconditions in a clear concise manner in LOS for any deficienciesnoted as part of the abovereview.Strong CustomerService Skills Detail Oriented with good analytical skills and theability to make decisions based on thesituation.Qualification&Experience Degreeor Equivalent.2 10years of experience in PPR /Underwriting.Should beflexible working in nightshifts.Good written andoral communications skills inEnglish.
