Hiring Senior Analyst - Model Development & Validation for one of our esteemed Investment Banking Clients in Hyderabad. Desired candidate profile: A bachelors/masters degree with 1-3 Years of experience in Analytics. Exposure to Banking and Financial Services Industry is a must. Hands-on experience in Model Development or Model Validation of quantitative models. Hands-on experience in Python Role Summary: Conduct statistical analyses and bias testing to assess both traditional and ML/AI business models for compliance with regulatory practices. Develop data-driven algorithms to address potential disparate impacts by collaborating with model developers, business strategy owners, and legal to create less discriminatory alternative models. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate statistical findings in both technical and non-technical terms to various stakeholders, including senior management, legal, model developers, and Model Governance teams. Research and develop to ensure compliance program remains in line with industry and regulatory standards. Create and maintain model documentation; collaborate with Control, Audit, and Model Governance teams to verify the adequacy of processes, statistical models, and model reviews.
