Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Inspection & Testing • Conduct quality inspections at all stages of production – Raw Materials, In-Process (Semi-Finished), and Finished Products. • Perform dispatch audits to ensure product compliance before shipment. • Execute physical and chemical testing to verify quality standards, including but not limited to: • p H measurement • Viscosity • Mesh size • Density • Other relevant physical/chemical parametersDocumentation & Compliance • Prepare, maintain, and update inspection reports, test records, and documentation in compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards. • Support internal and external audits by ensuring traceability and accuracy of QC data.Instrumentation & Process Control • Oversee calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory instruments and testing equipment. • Continuously monitor, review, and improve quality control methods to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and product consistency.Continuous Improvement • Identify process gaps, propose corrective/preventive actions, and collaborate with production and R&D teams to implement solutions. • Contribute to the development of SOPs, quality manuals, and inspection protocols.???? Required Qualifications • M. Sc. in Applied/Organic Chemistry (First Division).???? Experience • 2–4 years of experience in Quality Control / Laboratory Testing in the Chemical, Pharma, or Dental Materials industry. • Freshers with strong fundamentals and a keen interest in QC are encouraged to apply.???? Desirable Skills & Attributes • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret test results and quality data. • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.????
