Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Techno Functional CRM Consultant. As a Techno Functional CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to business processes, sales, and consulting. You will also be responsible for Salesforce.com administration and providing expert guidance to clients.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Business Process expertise
Experience in Sales and Consulting
Salesforce.com Administration skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in digital transformation projects
Knowledge of Zoho CRM or other CRM platforms is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
