About the role-
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Executive Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the Composites industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, andthe ability to drive business growth.
EXPERIENCE
Duties you'll be entrusted with:Prepare, consolidate and drive Monthly and Annual Sales Targets based on Annual Operating Plan.Ensure timely customer collections.Maintaining a database of the potential clients, contact details and details of ongoing discussion.Handling the RFQ and coordinating with engineering for technical feasibility / data and other internal departments to get the cost of various BOM items, freight etc and submit the quote to customers within timelines.Maintaining the RFQ register/CRM with details of all the ongoing discussions.Actively promote brands through ATL, BTL brands.Keeping track of tenders from PSUs and applying for the same.
Expectations from you:Basic RequirementsMBA with a technical background ( preferably BE)Should be fluent in EnglishShould be proficient in ExcelSales PlanningNegotiation SkillsGood knowledge iN ERP systemAdded advantage if from composite industryKnowledge of SEO & digital marketingGood Project management skills
