Job Purpose
Lockton India is currently hiring an Analyst within the Finance & Accounting team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a range of reports and presentations to help support the Lockton India leadership team in understanding the financial health of the company’s India activities.
Job Tasks
· Prepare a complete set of MIS reports, including vertical and branch-wise P&Ls, according to defined schedules and checklists.
· Develop and maintain the company’s annual budget with detailed backup information.
· Collaborate with functional leaders and verticals to gather business inputs.
· Create compelling business presentations for board meetings and management reviews.
· Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by the CFO and CEO to facilitate decision making.
· Maintain strong internal relationships.
· Assist in the implementation of a new ERP system.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of the finance function.
Qualifications & Experience
· Graduate or post-graduate education in a related field.
· Qualified accountant.
· At least 3 years experience in a financial accounting role.
· Strong communication skills across all forms.
