It is a family-run business that offers an exclusive range of hand-knotted and hand-woven rugs made using 2500 years old traditional art forms. This changed the standard practice of involving middlemen to work with artisanal communities. Job Description:

The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be (though not restricted to) the following:Overseeing Construction Work and building maintenance.Regular surveysSetting out sites and organizing facilitiesSupervising contracted staffEnsuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescalesChecking and preparing site reports, designs and drawingsProviding technical adviceProblem solvingOrdering and negotiating the price of materialsEnsuring site safetyTeam workingTraveling in pan India as per project requirement

Desired Experience & Qualifications –Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.3-5 years proven experience in civil construction and structural engineering projects.Proficiency in project management software and computer-aided design (CAD) toolsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
