Job Description:-

Preparation of daily/monthly reports to senior management
Active involvement in making KPI Deck and CEO Note
Active involvement in making Site Profitability Report
Active involvement in making New Acquisition Health Analysis Report
In-charge of formation of SIPOC and SLA tracker for all activities and responsible for customer collaboration and feedback in the same.
Adhoc analysis as per business requirement.
Report Simplification and Automation.
Good knowledge of SQL.
Active involvement in Tableau project for report Automation.
