The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, administration with leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities :Facility Management: Mailroom Management Record Management Maintenance Management Space Management Health and Safety Compliance Budgeting and Cost Control Vendor and Supplier ManagementSecurity Management Environmental Sustainability Emergency Preparedness Communication and Stakeholder Relations Documentation and Reporting Team ManagementQualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree / MBA related field. Previous experience in General Administration specific to NBFC’s with branches Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to facillity management Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
