Role Name: Art Director
Our Ideal Candidate Must be :
- Ingenious : Must be talented with extreme skills in this area.
- Inspirational : Must inspire and mentor your team to come up with their insights and ideas that are bold and irreverent.
- Envisioner: Excellent visualization of the idea and have knowledge of print/web/video/social platforms.
Responsibilities :
- Interact with Designers/Copywriters to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned product(s).
- Personally work on projects (this is not a desk job) and also lead design teams to establish award winning creatives.
- Work closely with creative directors to schedule and monitor all projects and provide detailed direction to design teams.
- Assist in the education and development of designers.
- Advise the client on all technical visual recommendations and/or issues.
- Help facilitate the development of creative briefs and attend client meetings.
- Assist in making presentations to clients.
- Be accountable for your work, and for the design teams you will lead.
Requirement :
- Hands-on experience on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- 3-6 years of design experience in a studio/design agency setting is required.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics
