Job Summary :

Seeking a highly skilled and visionary Principal Machine Learning and Data Science Engineer to join the core team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and deployment of scalable machine learning solutions while driving innovation and technical excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership and Strategy :

- Define and execute the machine learning and data science strategy for Futurepath.ai, aligning with overall company goals.

- Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering innovation and best practices in machine learning.

- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities for growth and impact.


Machine Learning Development :

- Architect, design, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and pipelines.

- Innovate on advanced techniques such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and predictive modeling.

- Ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability of ML solutions in production environments.

IT Monitoring and Automation Tools :

- Develop ML-driven solutions for IT monitoring, event management, automation tools, and application performance monitoring systems.

- Utilize data insights to enhance system alerting, event handling, and predictive maintenance strategies.

- Design automation and optimization strategies to improve overall system performance.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate ML solutions into the platform.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.

Research and Innovation :

- Stay updated with emerging trends in machine learning, AI, and data science.

- Experiment with new frameworks, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Contribute to the AI/ML community through publications, open-source projects, or industry talks.

Requirements :

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields.

Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, and software engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or principal capacity.

- Proven expertise in IT monitoring tools, automation platforms, event management systems, and application monitoring.

- Strong track record of delivering and scaling production-grade machine learning solutions.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Scala.

- Deep knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark).

- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow) and practices.

- Understanding of IT monitoring, event management, and automation tools like Prometheus, Splunk, ServiceNow ITOM, SolarWinds, etc.
