This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation to meet our client's needs.

Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with client objectives.- Design and propose solutions that leverage Guidewire Digital Portal, especially Producer Engage-PolicyCenter to meet business needs.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.- Provide detailed functional specifications for development teams.- Oversee the implementation of Guidewire Digital Portal solutions.- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of solutions.- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and solutions.-Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of Guidewire Digital Portal.- Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is highly desirable.- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Show proficiency in documenting business requirements and functional specifications.- Have experience in conducting user acceptance testing.- Be capable of facilitating workshops and meetings effectively.- Display the ability to provide training and support to end-users.- Demonstrate experience in monitoring project progress and providing updates.- Show the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.- Exhibit knowledge of industry standards and best practices.- Demonstrate experience in collaborating with technical teams.- Show a continuous improvement mindset.Kindly share me you profile to:
