C.H. Robinson is seeking a **Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BPO Coordinator)** to join our Global Forwarding BPO team in **Chennai, India** . In this role, you will focus on maintaining operational data integrity, ensuring data quality, tracking KPI metrics, and improving process efficiencies. You may be tasked with responsibilities specific to a customer, vertical segment, or a centralized operations centre. The Senior BPO Coordinator will also assist with workflow management and task delegation.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance
+ Analyse trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue & cost, process accuracy, process timeliness, process efficiency & Quality
+ Develop and maintain Quarterly and Monthly business metrics, reporting, & presentations
+ Partner directly with third party BPOs and Analytics / Automation team to collaborate as needed on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
+ Create ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
+ Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities efficiently.
+ Communicate ideas and viewpoints on various opportunities to the senior management / Leadership teams
+ Collating data from Third party BPOs and create monthly Pivots, Charts and Commentary to Leadership team.
+ Collating monthly Data from various Business line sources and update in Power BI dashboard.
+ Other duties or responsibilities as assigned accordingly basis the Business requirements
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Required:
+ Bachelor's/ Master's Degree from an accredited college/ university
+ Minimum 4-5 years of experience in managing and analysis of large data
+ Proficient in working on Ms Excel, Power Point & Power BI
+ Proficient in working on creating dashboards / Balanced scorecards
+ Strong analytical skills, Interpersonal skills, Analytical Ability, Problem Solving skills, Commercial acumen
+ Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
+ Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
+ Relevant work experience in the Freight forwarding industry
