Swim Instructor

Key responsibilities include demonstrating strokes, giving feedback, managing lesson plans, keeping records, enforcing pool rules, and providing first aid. The role requires strong swimming skills, patience, communication, and relevant certifications in water safety and first aid.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction: Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups, teaching various swimming strokes and water safety.
• Lesson Planning: Develop and adapt lesson plans to suit the age, skill level, and goals of each student.
• Safety Supervision: Ensure a safe learning environment, enforce pool rules, and provide constant supervision of swimmers.
• Student Evaluation: Observe students performing strokes, provide constructive feedback, and assess their progress to plan future lessons.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any incidents that occur.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with students, parents, and other staff to provide updates and build positive relationships.
• Emergency Response: Be prepared to administer first aid for minor injuries and handle dangerous situations in the water.
• Equipment Management: Prepare and organize necessary class equipment and report any damaged items
