This role champions creativity and collaboration—bringing stories to life through compelling campaigns, visual design, and multimedia messaging. As the communications anchor in Mumbai, the position strengthens local engagement while aligning global purpose with everyday experience.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCraft Campaigns That Matter: Drive internal communications campaigns end-to-end — from ideation to design, execution, and post-campaign measurement.Design with Impact: Translate ideas into visually appealing content using Canva and design tools, like Corel Draw, Illustrator (Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus)Communication In Motion: Build organizational messaging in the form of videos, in the most creative way possible.Be the On-Ground Voice in Mumbai: Support local leadership with communications touchpoints, employee events, and activation campaigns.Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with HR, Admin, Facilities, L&D, and BU leaders to create unified and strategic messaging.IDEAL PROFILEExperience: 3–4 years in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytellingDesign Acumen: Hands-on with Canva, Corel Draw (or Illustrator) is a must. Knowledge of Photoshop is a strong plusAny Editing Software – Adobe Photoshop, Canva Video, etc.Brand Thinking: Solid understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual consistencyEducation: Bachelor’s degree in communications, visual comms or a related fieldAI Curiosity: Exposure to creative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E) is a bonus
