About the Team

The Merchandising team at Swiggy is dedicated to the vision of ensuring that the Merch-Ops will also amplify the user’s voice and build tight feedback systems to help the product team build a product user-friendly.

About the Role

As a Manager, you will be responsible for your respective team. Where-in you would lead the entire Merchandising Ops team with exceptional TATs(Turn around time)

You will also manage the tools and configurations for your processes across cities. You will be defining and driving a roadmap for gathering comprehensive on-ground feedback. You will directly work with the Tech(Product+Engineering teams+Business+Marketing), Central functions and City teams to identify product problems and opportunities and understand the impact on critical business metrics.

What you’ll do

- To create a roadmap and own the product configurations management and also create ticketing systems for config changes.- Multitasking/Diligence - Learn Swiggy internal merchandising tools fast and schedule campaigns for allocated cities without errors- Maintain regular communications with key leadership stakeholders of configurations- Maintaining Inventory control for a few merchandising properties and ensuring that there shouldn’t be any overbooking also ensure that Inventory configurations are happening monthly and notify the city stakeholders- An eye for Detail & Quality Adherence - Quality check campaigns post scheduling - catch errors and rectify them before taking live. Communicate to stakeholders- Coordinate product managers and ensure that dashboards are made in line with keeping execution in mind- Recommend tools, process changes to improve workflow, productivity, and quality of the final output on production.
