About the role Based in our GCC Hubs, the ERP Application Capability Centre is a key part of Haleon’s Tech strategy towards delivering changes to our critical SAP ERP landscapes. The team comprises of inhouse and outsources resources and work together in delivering SAP Technical and Functional changes that enable Haleon to meet our Consumer’s needs. The ERP Senior Analyst: Order to Cash is a member of the ERP ACC organization and is responsible for the delivery of projects and changes in the areas of SAP SD and SAP TPM. The ERP Senior Analyst Order to Cash speaks with authority on their suite of solutions and provides specialist professional and technical advice to senior leaders in both Sales and Technology domains and provides input into strategic decisions for the solution area of invoice management and payments. The ERP Senior Analyst Order to Cash requires both technical and interpersonal skills to design, describe, configure and deploy projects and changes. Role & Responsibilities: Deep understanding of the entire O2C (Order to Cash) process, along with extensive experience in implementing and optimizing these processes. Oversee and improve the end-to-end order management process to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Manage high-impact O2C related projects from initiation to completion. Implement and configure ERP system (SAP) to support O2C processes. Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Translate business requirements into specific technical solutions to support configuration and custom development where required, aligned with the global template and broader Tech strategy. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and drive business value. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date process documentation. Represent and explain any proposed Tech solutions in various governance forums, e.g., Architecture, Change Control Board. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP consulting with deep expertise in SAP SD and TPM modules. Experience in configuring and deploying complex SAP Order to Cash Projects including solution build, configuration, testing and delivery to meet business requirements. Proven ability to engage with business process owners to understand the business needs and priorities, lead requirement gathering and analysis, and design solutions leveraging appropriate tools and platforms. Ability to independently solve problem, where necessary working in collaboration with other product owners, solution architects and domain experts to find an architectural design that achieves business objectives. Can effectively coordinate with cross functional teams across the Business Community and IT Partner based delivery teams. Certifications in SAP Order to Cash in SAP ECC 6.0 and / or SAP S/4 HANA, SAP TPM. Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Charm and ALM. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to communicate on deep technical terminology as well as business level and to translate between them. Strong interpersonal skills. Can effectively manage and address issues in delivery of projects in scope to ensure delivery meets time with quality criteria. Capable of working effectively in large, complex cross functional teams, capable of building relationships across different stakeholders and functional groups.
