Hello We are looking for Salesforce Consultants more than Admins. The person should be able to gather the requirements and implements/provide the solution to the client. The candidate should have excellent communication skills with good client management skills. The candidate should possess multiple certificates. Following is the list :- a) Salesforce Administrator (Required) b) Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Required) c) Salesforce Platform Developer (Preferred) d) Salesforce Platform App Builder (Preferred) e) Salesforce Business Analyst (Preferred) Job Title : Salesforce Administrator Cum Developer(70% Admin +30 % Development) Job Location : Pune (Hinjewadi Phase – 1) - Work From Office Experience : 4+ Years Shift Time : 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Working Days : Monday to Friday Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Key Responsibilities : Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment. Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks. Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials. Provide internal Salesforce training to users and develop training materials as needed. Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and customize Salesforce to improve user experience and business efficiency. Implement new Salesforce features and functionality as needed. Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, bugs, or performance bottlenecks. Ensure data integrity and quality by conducting regular system audits and data cleansing. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Salesforce Administrator Certification required (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator). 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or in a similar CRM administration role. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is preferred. Strong data management abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skill s: Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., with marketing tools, ERP, or other third-party applications). Familiarity with Salesforce development tools like Apex and Visualforce is a plus. Experience with tools such as Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and other admin utilities.
