About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned MERN Stack Developer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys mentoring teams, architecting scalable solutions, and driving multiple projects to successful delivery. This is a leadership role that blends hands-on development with strategic oversight, ideal for someone ready to shape product direction and engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of web applications using MongoDB, , , and
  • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across multiple projects
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define technical requirements and delivery timelines
  • Own deployment pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and performance optimization
  • Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking for assigned teams
  • Ensure code quality, documentation, and test coverage across all deliverables
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve development efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack
  • Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, and asynchronous programming
  • Deep understanding of React hooks, state management (Redux/Context API), and component architecture
  • Proven experience with , , and MongoDB schema design
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
  • Experience managing teams and delivering multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

  • Exposure to TypeScript, GraphQL, or
  • Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless functions
