Roles & Responsibilities :

- Participate in requirements analysis, work closely with stakeholders for requirement gathering

- Interact with Business on frequent basis to understand problem statement and provide technology solutions for the same.

- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture

- Perform sanity test and get application deployed on various environments.

- Create documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)

- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.

- Interaction with Support Team on production issues closure

- Compliance with the IT security and data protection requirements and get VAPT observations closed as and when required.

Professional and Technical :

- BE / BTech / MCA with 12+ years of work experience in software development with experience in leading and managing development team

- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3

- Experience in managing Workflow / BPM tools

- Experience in EMC Documentum and Process maker workflow tool is good to have

- Must have experience in managing teams and multiple projects and ensuring delivery timelines

- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)

- Understanding of Agile methodologies

- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

- Experience in SQL Server with expertise in Optimization and fine tuning

- Excellent understanding of Rest/Soap API development

- Working knowledge in Agile/Scrum environment for development
