Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid – Onsite 1–2 days/week) About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled IDMC Developer to join our data integration team. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in IDMC(CDI/CAI) along with a solid understanding of cloud-based data integration, API development, and data transformation best practices. This role will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality integration solutions in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using Informatica IDMC (CDI and CAI). Create and maintain mappings, tasks, workflows, and schedules for data ingestion and transformation pipelines. Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and application teams to gather integration requirements.. Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs and performance issues. Implement data quality, transformation, and error-handling best practices. Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain documentation of integration design and flows. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3–6 years of overall experience in data integration, with at least 2 years of recent hands-on experience in IDMC. Strong knowledge of SQL, data transformation, and ETL concepts. Familiarity with job scheduling and monitoring within IDMC. Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams.
