Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
  • Provide product information answer questions and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain the store's visual appearance in high standards.
  • Stock shelves maintain inventory and ensure product availability.
  • Process sales transactions and handle cash or credit card payments.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Update product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer skills for managing sales transactions.
