Overview: The WebflowDeveloper (Unpaid Internship) plays a crucial role in supportingour digital presence and creating seamless user experiences. Youwill work closely with the design and development teams to bringweb designs to life while gaining valuable insight into theindustry.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andmaintain responsive interactive websites using Webflow HTML CSS andJavaScript.
  • Collaborate with designers totranslate mockups and wireframes into functional webelements.
  • Optimize websites for speed andscalability while ensuring crossbrowser and crossdevicecompatibility.
  • Assist in creating andimplementing visual elements that users see and interact within webapplications.
  • Contribute to the maintenance andimprovement of existing web properties.
  • Stayupdated with the latest trends and best practices in webdevelopment and design.
  • Support the team introubleshooting and resolving website issues andbugs.
  • Participate in team meetings andbrainstorming sessions to contribute innovativeideas.
  • Assist with content updates and siteenhancements.
  • Execute quality assurance andtesting processes to identify and resolve technicalissues.
  • Adhere to company branding guidelinesand ensure consistent design language across allplatforms.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Enrollment in orrecent completion of a relevant degree program in Computer ScienceWeb Development or a related field.
  • Strongunderstanding of Webflow HTML CSS andJavaScript.
  • Experience with UI/UX designprinciples and best practices.
  • Capability towork independently and manage time effectively to meetdeadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of version controlsystems like Git.
  • Familiarity with responsivedesign and mobilefirst development.
  • Ability toeffectively communicate and collaborate with crossfunctionalteams.
  • Passion for learning and staying updatedwith technological advancements.
  • Demonstratedproblemsolving skills and attention todetail.
  • Portfolio or examples of webdevelopment projects or designs.
  • Experiencewith CMS platforms would be aplus.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and bestpractices.
  • Basic understanding of webaccessibility standards and bestpractices.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Ability to takeconstructive feedback and implementchanges.
