Role Summary:
The Mid Market segment is an integral part of Pixis’ strategy and this role will lead all the efforts involved in strategizing, growing and operationalizing this segment of business. It will require close coordination with business leaders to drive the right revenue, marketing and sales strategy to ensure requisite financial outcomes. This is a sensitive role requiring a mature leader who can juggle different teams and priorities to ensure that business targets are met. They should also be able to solve complex operational challenges to build a holistic system. The ideal candidate would have experience in managing a P&L.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive new business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, growth opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure business and revenue growth.
- Monitor and track operational and financial performance of relevant business lines and develop processes / systems to course correct as needed.
- Have thorough understanding of the business and all its related strategic, financial, operational and developmental aspects.
- Conduct analytical study of various financial and operational reports and drive the P&L for the Mid Market business unit.
- Interact with stakeholders, external agencies, consultants on behalf of the organization and drive the growth, strategy and implementation.
- Work closely with all business heads and deal with several subjects that come up for the CEO's decision, review etc.
- Lead in setting strategic goals and objectives for all accounts, tracking the success of Pixis solutions provided to each customer.
- Evaluate technical maturity, assess customer requirements and develop plans for AI adoption. Proactively solve issues and track implementation of Pixis’ AI solutions.
- Develop industry best practices, media strategies and benchmarking initiatives for various business use cases.
