  • Lead architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in Preparation of design brief/Municipal brief as per directions of Chief Architect / VP Design and Services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex project requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ Years of experience in architecture in the Real Estate industry
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software; ability to create accurate and efficient designs.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
