We are seeking an experienced EHS Safety Manager with a robust background in manufacturing and industrial safety to join our team. This role involves onsite consultations with enterprise clients, recommending strategic placements for cameras, developing new safety scenarios, and fine-tuning our system to seamlessly integrate with existing incident management workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the safety challenges and management expectations within industrial settings and demonstrate proficiency in implementing and tracking the effectiveness of safety processes.
- Conduct comprehensive onsite safety assessments for enterprise clients to identify potential hazards and recommend optimal camera placements. This may require travel across India and abroad.
- Collaborate with the development team to create and refine AI use-cases that address unique client safety scenarios.
- Engage with client management to understand their specific safety objectives and tailor our solution to meet their needs.
- Design and implement safety protocols that integrate our technology with clients' existing EHS and incident management systems.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented safety solutions, providing actionable insights and adjustments as needed.
- Provide reports to clients on our solution implementation and how it is improving safety at their premises.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in workplace safety and EHS practices.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the application and benefits of our safety technology.
- Train client's EHS team to use the Visionify's system effectively. Provide certification to users who are proficient and understand how to implement a finely tuned safety system in their environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS roles within the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of implementing effective safety solutions.
- Certifications for any Occupational & Safety Hazards training.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations, standards, and best practices, particularly in manufacturing and industrial environments.
- Experience with incident management systems and EHS software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively to client sites for consultations and implementations. Travel may include throughout India and abroad.
- Certification in EHS or related fields (e.g., CSP, CIH) is highly desirable.
