Head – Cloud and Infrastructure Management Services
Our client is an Indian multinational information technology company based in Noida, India and New Jersey, United States. The company's stock trades on the Bombay Stock Exchange and on the National Stock Exchange of India.
During recent years, our client has also made significant investments in strengthening its delivery engine and rapidly building up new tech capabilities that are emerging and are increasingly relevant in view of the demand environment. Our client is today recognized for its expertise across a wide range of technologies that include the full spectrum of Automation, Cloud, Data, Cognitive and Digital Interactive & Enterprise Integration. This is in addition to already robust service lines spread across Digital Services, Application Development & Maintenance, and Infrastructure Management Services (IMS). Our client has a presence in 21 countries with 26 delivery centers across nine countries.
Role –Vice President
Experience: Candidates with 18+ years of delivery experience. Should have a demonstrated track record of outstanding success leading cross-functional multisite delivery teams. Should have lead delivery spanning 1500+ HC and a $60 Mn+ business with experience in heading Cloud and Infrastructure Management practice.
We are looking for a leader with entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to execute seamlessly.
Responsibilities: -
•The Head of CIMS must have extensive experience in establishing innovative operating models, managing Cloud Migration & Infrastructure management services. Ability to build technology capabilities facilitating sustainable growth and profitability.
•Drive the long term strategy for internal & external sustainability vision, help to achieve our client’s business objectives by focusing on Process definition and governance, proactive monitoring of financials, engineering productivity and effective risk management with a single-minded focus on excellence in customer service delivery.
•Able to build internal policy goals, regular goals having clear measure and KPIs linked with company & sustainability vision, deployment of policy goal across the organization
•Identify department wise projects and review their progress across various forums. Update & Understand sustainability eco system within industry and global regulatory scenario and steer the business direction accordingly by driving sustainability culture across organization
•Drafting and preparing reports, presentations and proposals required for project funding for various environmental initiatives & recommending it to the board of directors, and other key stakeholders.
•Finalizing Integrated Report according to international framework. Connecting with various departments for the data / information. Engagement with third party to understand the requirement on BRSR (Business Responsibility & Sustainability Reporting)
•Ensuring compliance with all the applicable local, state, federal, and internal environmental laws and regulations.
•Reviewing the net-zero strategy and sustainability goals.
Education Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
