Oracle Fusion Procurement - Functional Consultant:

Job Overview

VDart is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Procurement Functional Consultant to join our ERP Practice. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, Contracts etc). The role involves leading cross-functional discussions at various levels with business users to analyze requirements, brainstorm, articulate solutions, and recommend best practices to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Functional Configuration: Lead configuration and setup of Fusion Procurement solutions, as per business requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to align solution design and technical requirements.
  • End-to-End Testing: Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), and sign-off.
  • Quarterly Release Management: Assess Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and proactively plan enhancements
  • Documentation & Training: Develop functional specs, update knowledge base, provide training, and ensure knowledge transfer across the pod.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze S2P processes, recommend improvements, optimizations, and report on KPIs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud as a Functional Consultant
  • Deep expertise in configuring Procurement Cloud modules (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, Contracts)
  • Proven experience in a Consulting or DevOps environment—handling enhancement cycles and rapid deployments
  • Construction industry experience is a plus
  • Experience with reporting tools (OTBI/BIP) and BPM workflows testing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
