  • Ola Ride Hailing:

  • Ola Financial Services:
    Offers micro-insurance, credit-led payments, and other financial products to complement ride-hailing and EV services.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast to identify variances.
  • Support decision-making by providing timely, detailed, and insightful analysis.
  • Offer commercial insights and performance analysis to highlight trends and challenge business assumptions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports (P&L) with variance analysis.
  • Oversee working capital management for the group.
  • Identify business challenges and develop effective solutions.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience managing the FP&A function in large or medium-scale organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP.

Qualifications

  • 9+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a premium institute.
