Whether it’s digital ads, blogs, emails, or social media posts, Yarnit enables users to create engaging and personalised content for their brand, tailored to their audience within minutes.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Generative AI Engineer at Yarnit. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our AI agents. The AI team at Yarnit, that you will be a part of develops services that enable the platform. We leverage proprietary and open sourced LLMs and diffusion models for text and image generation. Application of advanced prompt engineering , model fine-tuning and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) power the development of Yarnit's AI agents. The role also involves collaborating with other members from the application engineering and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into our platform and ensuring the scalability and efficiency of our AI infrastructure.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment, deployment and ownership new AI servicesOwnership and enhancement/debugging of existing AI servicesPrompting and fine-tuning Large Language ModelsExploration of evolving prompt engineering techniquesExploration of evolving RAG frameworksBuilding python APIs

Qualifications2-4 years of overall experienceStrong programming skills in Python programming and API developmentKnowledge and understanding of generative AI techniques, including Large Language Models, Multimodal models and diffusion models.Experience in prompting and fine-tuning GPT series of models using OpenAI APIExperience with AWS services (EC2, Lamda, etc.)Ability to work independently and in a teamExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field

Preferred QualificationsExperience in working with SaaS applicationsExperience in prompting and fine-tuning open source LLMsUnderstanding of natural language processing (NLP) and text generation algorithmsExperience with unstructured data preprocessing and cleaning techniques
