Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts finalization, ledger scrutiny, cash flow management, and balance sheet finalization for the company.
  • Oversee team handling of accounts and finance functions to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting by reviewing and analyzing financial statements.
  • Develop and implement effective accounting policies, procedures, and controls to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for cost savings and optimize business performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10-15 years of experience in accounts & finance role with expertise in accounts finalisation, cash flow management, ledger scrutiny, balance sheet finalisation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently as well as lead a team effectively.
  • Candidates from Shipping Background will be preferred
