Job Title: Level 2 Production Support Engineer GenAI Platform Technical Skills Strong experience with Kubernetes cluster operations and troubleshooting Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Jaeger, or similar) Experience with cloud-native platforms (vanilla K8s) and containerized deployments Familiarity with incident management and escalation processes Proficiency in analyzing logs and system metrics for diagnosis Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems Nice to have experience Prior experience in Level 2 production support for AI/ML or GenAI platforms Familiarity with vLLM, KServe, or similar model serving frameworks Experience supporting no-code/low-code platforms or tools Understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers Experience with GitOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Note: We understand that GenAI is a rapidly evolving field. We're looking for strong infrastructure and support engineers who are eager to learn and grow with emerging technologies. Domain expertise in GenAI can be developed on the job.
