Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audio Visual Specialist located in Pune. The Audio Visual Specialist will be responsible for providing audio visual sales and support and troubleshooting AV systems. Daily tasks will include setting up and maintaining video conferencing equipment, ensuring seamless execution of audio-visual presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to design and implement AV solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Audio Visual Support and AV Systems
  • Proficiency in Video Conferencing and Troubleshooting
  • Strong Customer Service and sales skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Relevant certification in AV technology is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
