Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Backend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying scalable web applications using Django or Flask, and developing robust FastAPI services on the AWS cloud platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure web applications using Django or Flask frameworks.
  • Build and maintain FastAPI-based services and ensure seamless integration with other systems and APIs.
  • Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and front-end developers to define and deliver solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards, architecture, and software development practices.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment on AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
  • Monitor and optimize application performance and implement improvements proactively.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience with web frameworks like Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
  • Hands-on experience deploying applications to AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
