Overview: The iOSEngineer plays a crucial role in our organization responsible forthe development and maintenance of highquality iOS applications. Aspart of the mobile development team the iOS Engineer contributes tothe continuous innovation and improvement of our mobile appoffering ensuring a seamless and engaging userexperience.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Design and buildadvanced applications for the iOSplatform.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to define design and ship newfeatures.
  • Unittest code for robustnessincluding edge cases usability and generalreliability.
  • Work on bug fixing and improvingapplication performance.
  • Continuously discoverevaluate and implement new technologies to maximize developmentefficiency.
  • Translate designs and wireframesinto highquality code.
  • Ensure the performancequality and responsiveness ofapplications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecksand fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code qualityorganization and automatization.
  • Collaboratewith a team to define design and ship newfeatures.
  • Regularly communicate with other teammembers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of developmenttasks.
  • Participate in code and design reviewsto maintain our software qualitystandards.
  • Stay up to date with the latest iOSand Apple trends technologies and bestpractices.
  • Assist in the development andmaintenance of technicaldocumentation.
  • Contribute to the continuousimprovement of development processes andmethodologies.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as an iOS Developerwith a deep understanding of Swift ObjectiveC and CocoaTouch.
  • Proficiency with Xcode and itsdebugging/profiling tools.
  • Experience withentire app development lifecycle from concept to App Storedeployment.
  • Strong knowledge of iOS frameworksuch as Core Data Core Animation Core Graphics and CoreText.
  • Experience with thirdparty libraries andAPIs.
  • Understanding of Apples design principlesand interface guidelines.
  • Solid understandingof the full mobile development lifecycle.
  • Ability to write clean maintainable codewhile following best practices.
  • Knowledge ofUI/UX standards and principles.
  • Ability to workin a fastpaced dynamic environment while maintaining a high levelof productivity.
  • Strong problemsolving skillsand the ability to think critically.
  • Excellentcommunication and teamwork skills.
  • Experiencewith testdriven development and automated testingplatforms.
