As part of this role under the PMO, you will be expected to manage multiple programs. The Program Manager plays a critical internal role in supporting the Production Operations Technology team by tracking project progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to follow up with internal teams and gather necessary information to keep projects on track. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Experience:3+ years of experience in program or project management roles.Skills & Competencies:Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in project tracking tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively.Key Responsibilities:Program Planning & StrategyDefine program goals, scope, success metrics, and delivery roadmap in alignment with business and technical objectives.Work with product managers, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into structured initiatives.Create detailed program plans including timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocations.Track progress of ongoing projects and maintain up-to-date status reports.Follow up with internal stakeholders to gather required information and documentation.Coordinate with Operations Technology Leads and other team members to ensure alignment on project timelines.Identify potential delays or blockers and escalate as needed.Support the preparation of project dashboards, summaries, and reports for leadership.Maintain documentation and ensure project records are accurate and accessible.Execution & Delivery OversightDrive cross-functional execution of tech initiatives and ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.Monitor and report on program progress, identify deviations, and take corrective action.Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)Stakeholder ManagementServe as the single point of contact for all program communications.Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, architecture, DevOps, security, and external vendors to ensure alignment.Communicate clearly and regularly with the stakeholders.Technical CoordinationUnderstand system architecture, data flows, and tech stack well enough to discuss trade-offs and unblock teams.Working with engineering leads to manage technical dependencies across systems and teams.Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and infrastructure standards.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify, document, and manage risks and issues proactively.Collaborate with the stakeholder and ensure mitigation and contingency plans are in place.Escalate blockers and critical risks.Reporting & MetricsTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery metrics.Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and post-mortems for senior stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.Vendor & External Partner ManagementManage third-party vendors, offshore teams, or technology partners involved in the delivery.Negotiate SLAs, manage dependencies, and monitor performance.Documentation & Knowledge ManagementMaintain program documentation: charters, plans, meeting notes, architecture diagrams, risk logs.Ensure knowledge
