Job Description

It’s all about the customer.Working within Epsilon’s PeopleCloud Customer platform, the Senior Marketing Business Analyst will contribute to, produce, and manage client deliverables relative to our multi-channel marketing engagements, serving as a liaison between client and internal technical delivery teams. The Senior Marketing BA will work closely with account team leads to ensure accurate and timely delivery of medium to high complexity account deliverables, with a focus on defining new campaigns/reports/ analysis and executing existing client campaigns and reports.What you’ll do as a CRM Senior Marketing Business Analyst

:Create campaign business requirement documents based on client discovery/ intakeFollow SDLC to build multi-channel marketing campaigns - create functional specs, build complex campaign flowcharts/ workflows, conduct unit/ end to end testing and deployment of the campaignsBuild waterfall and ad-hoc reports based on business requirementsProactively work to improve delivery quality, repeatability and on-time delivery of campaignsAbility to have effective client meetings, understand deliverables, and drive successful outcomesHelp in developing and implementing best practices, standards, methodologies, etc. around campaign processes & automationQualifications5+ years of relevant experienceUnderstanding of CRM solutions, marketing concepts and marketing channels like direct mail, email, mobile, etc.Experience in the execution of high-complexity, multi-channel marketing programs across multiple domains/ industries like healthcare, retail, banking financial services etc.Hands-on working experience on marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or HCL UNICA Campaign or Adobe CampaignGood at understanding, analyzing, and interpreting campaign data outputExperience translating business campaign strategy into business requirement document/ functional specifications, creating and executing test plansGood understanding of data warehouse and data mart conceptsExpert SQL skills and ability to write queries for data manipulationAbility to write HTML and JavaScript (preferred)Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, prioritize and quickly change prioritiesOrganizational and interpersonal skillsGood time managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills
