You will collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement solutions that align with our goals and objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, ensuring user adoption, and providing ongoing training and support to end-users. Works with end users and stakeholders to provide technical and functional support to the day-day use of the system, answers questions, and addresses requests such as creation of dashboards and reports, period management activities, resource management, monitoring of back-end jobs, enhancement requests and configuration updates.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, license management, profiles, roles, and permissionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and map the requirements to configuration and enhancements of Kantata SXImplement and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needsDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows in Kantata SXUpdate and maintain the configuration of Kantata SX i.e. proposals, engagements, assignments.Prepare for upgrades and new releasesTrain and support end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practicesStay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and enhancements, and provide recommendations for system improvementsWork closely with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrityAssist with data migrations and integrations as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce AdministratorSalesforce Administrator certification is highly preferredPrior Salesforce Development experience is highly preferredStrong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administrationProven experience in implementing and maintaining Salesforce solutionsIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices and functionalityExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasksExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and in a team environmentExperience with Salesforce data management and data migration tools is a plus

Preferred but not required:Prior experience with PSA applications e.g., Kimble, Mavenlink.CPQ (Configure Price Quote) implementation
