Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner at WordWorks.AI, you will play a crucial role in defining, developing, and delivering our AI products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketing, and sales, to ensure our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with WordWorks.AI’s mission and goals. Translate high-level business requirements into detailed product specifications.
Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development and launch of new features and products. Prioritize initiatives based on customer feedback, market demand, and business impact.
Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that development teams are working on the most valuable features and enhancements. Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure clear communication with the development team.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather requirements, understand their needs, and ensure that the product delivers maximum value.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
User Experience: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product provides an exceptional user experience. Incorporate user feedback and usability testing results into product development.
Product Launch: Plan and coordinate product launches, including developing marketing strategies, training sales teams, and creating product documentation. Ensure successful product rollout and adoption.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics. Gather feedback and make data-driven decisions to enhance product features and user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an AI or software development environment.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including chatbots and voice bots.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise requirements.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
Familiarity with AI chatbot and voice bot platforms.
Previous experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
