Position OverviewThe Supply Chain Leader will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support the growth of our infrastructure business. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, and operations within the infrastructure sector. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team to optimize procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product delivery and service excellence. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Monitor market trends and supply chain performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Manage risk within the supply chain, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. Oversee budgeting and financial planning for supply chain operations.Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain framework. Qualifications 15-25 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the infrastructure or construction sectors. Proven track record of leading large-scale supply chain operations and strategic initiatives. Strong understanding of procurement processes, logistics, and inventory managementExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with supply chain technologies and systems. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field;

MBA or advanced degree preferred.
