Information Gathering: Conduct surveys or gather specific information from customers as required. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for sales representatives or other relevant personnel.Customer Inquiry Handling: Address customer queries, provide information, and resolve issues over the phone in a professional and courteous manner. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately record details of calls, outcomes, and customer interactions in the designated system. Follow-up Calls: Make follow-up calls to customers as needed to nurture leads or ensure satisfaction. Meeting Targets: Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.Maintaining Professionalism: Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers. Adhering to Guidelines: Followscripts and guidelines provided by the company.Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on call activities and outcomes to the supervisor.
