We are building our founding team to build India's largest, best, and most honest consultation practice for positive health outcomes, focused on medication weight loss offering using GLP-1RAs along with a team of highly qualified medical doctors and health professionals.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Health Counsellor/Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering eligibility consults and lifestyle assessment sessions to those who are considering signing-up for Aamya's programs - focusing on on understanding their weight-related health challenges and explaining how Aamya will be able to support them with it's treatment programs. It is crucial to inspire trust and build a rapport with these patients to effectively communicate the value that we can create in their lives. You'd be required to follow up with the prospects and close sales. Please note that you'll be spending most of your time doing this. This role may evolve to a more clinical or 1-on-1 counseling as the client base grows.Requirements1. Ability to build trust, connect empathetically, and guide clients about our programs.2. Effectively communicate how Aamya works and the related science / strategy involved3. Manage all objections and pass on the information in a way that de-arms the prospect.4. Follow up efficiently and close sales.5. Willingness to work closely with Aamya’s trainers, coaches, and other stakeholdersSkills RequiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong presentation and facilitation skills.Ability to engage and motivate clients.Empathy and emotional intelligence.
