The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, especially with PHP (preferably Laravel or similar frameworks). A deep understanding of database architecture and optimization is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable PHP applications. Lead and guide junior developers through code reviews, best practices, and mentorship. Optimize and troubleshoot database queries (MySQL/PostgreSQL), structures, and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of backend systems. Write clean, secure, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Participate in system architecture planning and decision-making. Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment. Mandatory Skills: 6+ months of professional PHP development experience. Knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.). Mild experience in database optimization , query tuning, and schema design. Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs. Experience mentoring or leading junior developers. Self-driven with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills. Good communication skills – able to explain technical issues clearly. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.). Exposure to Docker and containerized environments. Frontend experience (Vue.Js, React) is a plus
