Description Closers are responsible for driving the internal CTC to Fund processes: including CD creation, closing package creation, and quality reviews. Generate accurate and timely disclosures and documents and Ability to understand regulatory requirements and impacts Responsibilities ●Communicate/coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. ●Generate accurate and timely disclosures and closing documents and ensure all regulatory requirements are met..●Confirm Closing Appointment and Balance Final Closing disclosure by coordinating with settlement agents.●Schedule Closing by coordinating with settlement agents and external parties.●Coordinate with E2E coordinator and title companies to secure traction against key milestones●Issue identification and resolution●Ensure loans fund on time●Assist with post-closing disbursement issues, supp wires, etc.. Basic Qualifications/ Skill Sets ●High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.●Minimum of (1) years of experience in mortgage funding, loan processing, or a related role.●Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation, terms, and regulatory guidelines.●Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.●Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.●Proficient in using mortgage industry software and tools.●Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
