Job Description: Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant
Position:  Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant
Location:  Mumbai
Experience:  Freshers and Experienced can apply.
Employment Type:  Full-time
Key Responsibilities: SOP Creation, Documentation, and Advisory
Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various business functions.
Document business processes and provide advisory support for their optimization.
Direct Tax Compliance
Manage compliance with direct tax laws, including filing returns, TDS, advance tax, and tax audits.
Handle assessment proceedings and provide solutions for direct tax queries.
Indirect Tax Compliance
Oversee GST compliance, including GST returns, reconciliations, and audits.
Address GST-related queries and assist in resolving disputes or notices.
Companies Act Compliance
Ensure timely compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, including ROC filings, board resolutions, and statutory registers.
Support corporate secretarial functions, including maintaining statutory records and handling MCA filings.
Cross-Border Taxation, Accounting, and Compliance
Assist with international taxation, including transfer pricing, DTAA analysis, and cross-border transaction advisory.
Manage compliance with FEMA regulations and foreign remittance processes.
Tax Planning and Research
Research and identify tax planning opportunities for clients.
Provide strategic advisory on corporate structuring, IPO planning, and other special assignments.
Key Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax laws.
Experience in SOP creation, cost planning, and corporate structuring.
Proficient in Companies Act compliance and secretarial functions.
Familiarity with cross-border taxation and FEMA regulations.
Strong research and analytical skills, especially in tax planning and corporate advisory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications: Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (cleared either Group 1 or Group 2 of CA Final).
Working knowledge of key compliances in areas of tax, compliance, and advisory roles.
Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and tax compliance tools.
